So let's say I have this friend, yeah, a friend, that's it...
He went to London for vacation, and bought himself a Rockinbetter kinda like what is pictured here:

Lets just say he told me that the price is more negotiable when you are holding cash in your hand.
He then told me that he brought the bass back on his flight as carry-on luggage...
So... now he has it here in the US. And has no intentions of passing it off as anything other than a Ric clone. He likes it., plays it, and does not want to sell it.
So, what, if anything can/will Ric do? Should he refrain from posting about the instrument, and how he got it home? Will the Ric Police (They live inside of my head...) show up and confiscate it?
Seriously, can/will Ric legally do anything to him or his bass?
