I think the one you've mentioned was a horror flick with Gabriel Byrne. There was this epic scene with broken cable cutting dancing people in halves. I don't remember passenger killing each other though.Ghost Ship? Ghost Boat? Late 90s/early 2000s I think.

That's it!!Sounds like Triangle, maybe?
Baby Reindeer. Got nothing to do with anything in my world but it must be awfully cathartic for the writer.
And yet I somehow find it strangely compelling viewing. And not just me, either. Number one on Netflix here as I type.
I noticed that as well. Although he goes by Donny.Main character is named Donald Dunn, so it is bass related.

Totally agree. There's a lot of story to tell once they get down off the moral judgement horse. But I guess emotions ain't so easily tweaked without goodies and baddies.Distraction of name aside, an excellent show. Haven't seen any other show or movie deal with the subject matter from the same point of view.
I'm guessing it don't start out with a bunch of amnesiacs waking up on a spaceship?![]()
Just watched one episode.
Meh....
Drive Away Dolls, made by just one Coen brother, Ethan. Not up there with their best work but with enough Coen brothers touches to keep me happy.
A very large strong Aurora.
Pink / Red curtains
Remarkable given the light pollution here
I just spent the last half hour outside watching it too. It was mostly great and blueish here. I had never before seen that in person. I'd have to say it's one of the coolest things I've seen in my 52 years of life. Way cool.
The whole thing reminded me of the scene from LOTR:ROTK when Aragorn summoned the Army of the Dead.

I remember when "Miami Vice" first aired, and some people were saying it was all style and no substance. I thought they were missing the point. IMO, for the most part, the style was the substance.Miami Vice season one. Just finished the episode Smugglers Blues, with the Glenn Frey song. I remember the episode just like yesterday.
This is fun watching these old episodes.
