Dirt. Lots of gated fuzz before the chunk and you will be happy. Plan on at least a few hours to find a decent sound with your bass. It is a fickle mistress. If you have active pickups, watch the range control.

Sad to see the ME-50b go. I scored it for a cool $150 AUD second-hand when it retailed for about $400 - $500 back then. Apart from some cosmetic blemishes, the unit was perfect. Was my first effect "pedal" too.

Heh, she knows, and trusts me to get her the best sound for her guitar (she likes the ridiculous over the top high gain harmonic screaming distortion).

The Barber was nice with the Fullbore Metal, just didn't jive by itself with her single bridge pickup as well as I'd hoped, so, gonna replace it with a Little Brute Drive, or similar.

Sorry for the guitar content guys... back to bass!

Oh man this place is dangerous. Just placed an order with INFANEM for a Second Voice with exp/CV mod. Dangerous I say!

Unpleasant Surprise should be coming this week.

On the OUT is the BMS. If I had to pare down to a few boxes, this could conceivably cover a number of sounds but with all the rest it's fairly redundant for me. If it was smaller and/or could store presets... likely a different story.
