What's Coming and Going X: Pedalphiles Unite!

Coming - Grey Stache, HBE Psilocybe, and a vintage Tel-Ray Morley Power Wah Boost.

Going - Iron Ether Xerograph Deluxe, Boss PH-3.

I got on a big Cliff Burton kick so of course I had to pick up the wah...listening to the youtube vids though it sounds like it's got a good tone to it anyways and who can resist a little vintage mojo? I only recently got into the world of envelope filters and haven't used one before, so picking up the Xerograph Deluxe was like a child finding an alien ray gun. If I didn't have a need for a phaser and more fuzz, I'd have kept it to play around with but I just don't use a filter too often right now. The PH-3 is a neat little toy but the volume drop was killing my fuzz! LOL

Out, as in gone, everything except the Zoom B9.1 it. And I only keep the Zoom to remind me not to buy any more pedals.

My everything must go sale was a house clearing success!

In: TC Electronics RH 750 with the foot switch controller.

New amp for a bunch of pedals.

The zoom's days may be numbered as well. Do loppers really count as effects?

Well, here is the latest going:

GK Deisel Dawg Distortion - This one is like a highly saturated fuzz, so not working for me.

EBS WahOne - Great wah, but Chi Wah Wah fits on my Pedaltrain Mini

Coming -

Plutoneium Bass Chi Wah Wah - Loving this wah and the fact that it fits on my board. I also love switchless, so that is a nice option for me. Great tone in a tiny package.

JHS Green Tea - Honestly, this is not working out for me. I prefer my EBS MultiComp to the Lime Aid Compressor built into it. I keep trying other compressors but the EBS is just the one I like. Cool features with the boost and ability to rout a distortion through it then blend the amount. Just a big pedal if I'm still using my EBS MultiComp on a small board. Probably will sell.

Didn't you say last time that this time the Empress was a keeper?

It is.

Came to my senses and canceled my plans to downsize. I've done it before and I love the small, simple setups but I eventually end up building up a monster board again anyway. I think I'll be smart and just buy a PT-mini and 1spot to have the ability to make a small board if I want (IE Nautilus, Oxide, and Xerograph and a Darkglass B3K) but keep everything so I can go back to a big board if I want.

Ok, so........ is IE Nautilus a type-o?
