i haven't done this in a looooong time. i leave for awhile and within a week i'm in a full trading frenzy.

in: digitech bass synth wah, bogdan tonebender clone:hyper:
out: tech 21 xxl, i never used it anyways.

also, not that i'll use it with my current band, but after almost two years i finally put my qtron on my board.

Coming: 3 Leaf Audio Groove Regulator

Going:.. to stop buying pedals

Curious to hear your thoughts on the 3Leaf vs the MuTron, but more importantly vs the filter section of the Squeezer. People who have owned Meatballs or clones (Grinder/Meatwad/GR) seem to think the clips I posted of the 00Funk were similar to the Meatball sound.

My limited time with the Meatball made me think they were fairly different.

Maybe I'm just not getting the best out of it, but the filter section of the OS doesn't do much for me, other than the thin & crispy pre-set with a 50/50 blend.

My Mu-tron is sick at moment and I'm waiting to hear back from Richard Lingenberg - I'm sure he's going to restore it to its former glory.

Honestly, after hearing the Mu-tron I can't imagine being more impressed by a filter. I wanted to try the GR because of it's Meatball roots and because I don't want to spend $600 on an actual Meatball.

Coming: Moog MF-102 ring modulator, 3leafaudio groove regulator, (gradation gift to myself XD) some more patch cables, a bigger piece of wood, and a power brick OR a longer daisy chain cable.

Going: Moog MF-101 LPF, graduation cash

Coming: Eventide ModFactor

Maybe Coming Soon: Eventide PitchFactor

Pending Going: Analogman Stereo Bi-chorus w/ depth switch, EHX Nano Stone, Maxon FL-301, MXR M-117R Analog Flanger, Subdecay Prometheus, Wilson Effects 12-Position Q Wah

We'll see how the Modfactor stacks up against these pedals...

In/Outs with short reviews:

In:
Devi Ever Destructo Noctavia - The hands-down/what-the-crap/most-insane fuzz pedal I've ever heard. Oscillates like crazy at all settings. Also completely sucks out 100% of your bass. I can't wait to use this with synth and guitar, but for bass ... umm no.

TheSyle Umiom - Man, this one surprised me. I picked up on a lark, knowing basically nothing about it, except what was on the TheSyle's website. Really cool, full-featured distortion box. Volume/Tone/Distortion/Impedence knobs, switches for bass boost, treble boost, noise gate, and Si/Ge mode. On a few settings, it can get way more bassy than I expected. This may be a keeper.

Going very soon:
Devi Ever Never Drive - I love it, but I can only keep so many trebley guitar/synth fuzz pedals, and the Destructo knocked this one out.

Little Lanilei Reverb - Fantastic spring-reverb-in-a-box. Except that I realized that what I really want is an overly boomy hall reverb, not spring.

Maybe going soon:
Fuzzhugger AB-Synth - fun bassy synth with footswitchable oscillation mode. Haven't decided on this one yet. Especially since I really don't need a fuzz in my new band. Not sure if I can keep two different oscillating fuzzes for my electronic board.

On its way:
Zvex Mastotron

Good chance coming in:
1. Line6 DL4 vs. Boss DD20
2. EHX Bass Microsynth
3. Fulltone Bass Drive
4. A very dry flange (pending decision with Electric Mistress)

Possibly going out:
1. (O.G) POG
2. Blue Tube
3. EHX Electric Mistress

Err...this is my preferred moniker of late.

Not working for reasons beyond me:

Why not just have Paul change your username for you?

BTW, send me your big POG. Just because you love me :)
