I'm just looking for ideas about what to put in the rehearsal space to make practice run more smoothly or to just make life easier for the band. We're going to ad a big Dry erase board for changes, and set run, but that's the only idea I have. What about you fellas?

maybe that is an idea.
we have a couch, which is nice, and LOTS of junk we don't use, including: cables of all types, lots of synths and drum computers, guitar pedals, guitar string packs with 3 strings left, empty cases of beer and 2 mixers
and none of that we actually use
so yeah, answering the original question, get a couch, a mixer to record your jams to somewhere and beer

We've got a dry erase board, a calender, two mixing boards, a computer for recording, studio speakers, P.A. speakers, a shield for the drums, fans, an AC unit, carpeted walls, and a bunch of posters on the walls too. We've also got a 7 guitar rack for the guitars and basses, some stools and folding chairs, rubber mats to stand on, since we practice for 4 hours at a time, and a can of "Funk-Be-Gone" for those moments when we tend to get a little flatulence.
Pro Foosbal table, big "L"-shaped couch and table for sitting/drinking/poker, fridge, fair-sized bar, a couple couches, a recliner, some other chairs, bathroom, large mixing board, computer recording setup, PA for the room with stage monitors, a stage, stage lighting, a bunch of mics, mic stands, music stands, instrument stands, a couple drum kits, a couple bass stacks, a bunch of guitar rigs, a few snare drums, guitars, basses, keyboards, sequencers, a keyboard rig which incldues a Leslie speaker, a bunch of other assorted gear, tools, parts, dartboard, giant-screen projection tv setup with surround, record player & stereo, boxes of old vinyl, usually hundreds of empty cans/bottles, two satellite dishes, fans (air circulators, not people), etc. etc. etc.
Bigger / nicer than a lot of people's home I guess. Can't complain.

Are you rehearsing with my old band?!?!
We never had a can of "Funk Be Gone"... just a fan. We also had a bunch of carpet remnants nailed to the walls, and a dehumidifier.
Also, as obvious as it sounds, I had to go out and buy a clock... We all took our watches off when we were playing.
Band rehersal space: We got a 8 piece Mapex Drumset, Line 6, Marshall, and QSC amplifiers, My bass rig Avatar Cabs, Guitarists pedal board, Behringer 2500 watt PA, mixer, with cabs. 2 Ensoniq keyboards, Lots of Microphones. Cakewalk computer software
My personal practice space consist of a 200 watt PA, Behringer Ultrabass BX4500H with an Avatar 210 Neo cab, Roland V-drums, Tama Acoustic Drums, 5 basses, Zoom Drum machine, Alesis Mixer, Computer with Audacity recording software. Crappy keyboard, Behringer FCB1010 Midi controller and Bass Vamp.

Our room is soundproofed and we've got a bunch of posters of chicks on the walls. We've got a couch, big digital clock, computer with wireless internet, a minifridge, and a chest freezer in the back room. We've got a big dry erase board for making set lists, and mini ones to put on music stands that we use for chord charts when we're working on new material. We've also got a big office style calender, with the next 3 months laid out on the wall.
Oh yeah, and we got a printer for the set lists and a jar for change (free beer run money) and a jar full of condoms (free STD protection) Not to mention all the random sh!t that gets left in there. I try to keep the room tidy though.

Well im in the room right now since we practice in my finished basement.
Half of the room is a long table with a bunch of crap and my macbook. And then theres a couple tvs with a xbox360 ps2 all that good stuff with a huge comfy couch + bean bag chair.
On the other side is my drummers kit. His drum rug. My rig. 3 guitar rigs. A pedal board and then a bunch of random pedals. PA / 2 mic stands. And there is a multi guitar stand with a handful of guitars and my bass. And then we have 2 of my other basses and a guitar of mine in soft cases in the room. And a bunch of bar stools for sitting on when we play sometimes.
We always joke that if someone were to break into my house they would get away with so much money worth of stuff. Even though we are all 17 we play high end gear. I have a racked guitar rig in here thats worth 2k+ along with a jcm dsl. and my drummer plays a dw kit that he payed around 3k for i think. The rest of them are pretty spoiled my rig is a result of crazy cl deals and working.

FYI, I've never found any dry erase board cleaners that work. What I did find that worked is a product named "Gel-Gloss". It's a gentle abrasive polish/cleaner that will make any dry erase board look brand new. A little bit goes a long way. Use a soft cloth to apply it. Wipe off any residue with a clean cloth.
Also, if your dry erase board doesn't have a marker tray, try attaching a bit of Velcro to the markers and the top of the board to keep the markers handy.
I've also used gel-gloss it to polish many other types of materials (e.g., glass, porcelain, chrome, aluminum, kitchen tile). Since it's a mild abrasive, if you use it on other materials, test it first. YMMV
We have all of our gear including: PA, 16 track digital recorder, mic stands, an old makeshift dresser that has old cables, mic cords, old effect pedals, various purcussive stuff etc.
We also have a couch, a stereo. Various band posters, old show flyers, posted on the wall, as well as a dry-erase board.
