Actually, I've got a crazy idea that needs to be fully formed before I really dig in.Of course, make it a 6 string!
Amazing looking bridges for sure.

I forgot to mention dual titanium truss rods. Here is an early mockup shot before I sent out the neck for the stone frets.Wow.
Ebony.

Kahler.
Stone frets.
Ya don’t see that every day!
Well.....That's just ridiculous....and beautiful....and...and....EVERYTHING!...I forgot to mention dual titanium truss rods. Here is an early mockup shot before I sent out the neck for the stone frets.View attachment 3791646

They were a spec from the client. I believe the main intent was for near invisible fretwork but I will find out if there is any sonic benefit when I string it up.What's the proposed benefits of stone frets? Other then being good for psychedelic music.
Seems like a plan...
No guard....
I’m on the fence, but I would say the guard would look better either black to match the inlays or cream to match the pups. I’m not sold on the white. No guard....![]()

I will happily go against the grain here and say that I like it much better with the guard. I feel like "vintage" styled instruments look wrong without one, almost like they're naked or something. It just looks like you forgot to put the guard on. To me, at least.
But I do agree with @5tring that black or cream to match the other colors might work better than white...
I'd go with black or no pickguard. The cream is in 'close but no cigar' territory and ends up looking like a mistake. Black or (gasp) Tort would look deliberate. It’s cream, not white.
the pickups have yellowed since the 70s, so they’re darker. But both are cream. Hard to tell in pics ....
