Whats the best teeny tiny practice type amp?

I was thinking about a "teeny" amp for practice but decided to instead go for a huge 1.5 lb amp (ha ha). The Traynor SB200H. I paired it with a 112 although a 110 would be fine too. The beauty is I can also use it as a backup amp for gigs as it goes right in the gig-bag pocket. And I don't sacrifice bass tone for practice - it sounds really good!

Oh yeah, and though I've said it before I'll say it again. If you 're looking for something louder and more giggable, re bang for the buck and versatility - you'll have a rough time beating the Carvin mb10. I've gone through tons of amps that I've hated, and I'm completely settled now on thees 2 being my permanent little guys. Roland is for the house, private parties, camping trips, acoustic jams with friends, etc. Carvin is for the acoustic bar gigs. And with an added 15 on the Carvin (at $230), that combo gets loud enough for just about any full band bar gig.

That looks REALLY nice. Wish it had a aux in though. I'd put it on double duty for jams and home practice.

If you're talking about the Roland, it does. Carvin doesn't though.

My roland micro cube rx lasted for about a year and a half before it blew. One evening when I turned it on something popped and it died. But for the year it worked, it worked well (except it didn't handle my low Bs too well).

Great little amp apart from that, though.

I still preferred the Ampeg BA110, though. And the PJB Double Four is the best, but a little expensive.

I want to basically throw a little amp behind the end table next to the sofa just for practicing basically but dont want a typical practice amp as they are almost always garbage. The only thing i can think if is GK MB150. what say you ,TB?

Can you show us pics of your sofa and end table? Then we can have better judgement/more specific advise, IMO.
I personally use a Ampeg Micro CL as practice amp.
Small footprint, looks good in the living room (even my wife agrees with me on that one, ha!) and sounds good too IMO.
Works well for band practice too.

I like my Phil Jones Double Four (BG-75). So light, highly portable, sounds great, and can even be powered by a laptop power supply for plug-free operation.

+100 on the Ampeg CL mini-stack. Great for practice, and small enough to throw into the smallest car for small room filling sound. 100 watts and 2 X 10s. Not teeny tiny, but JUST RIGHT!

And it looks so cool. I may get one to keep downstairs in the living room. It doesn't seem like it would stand out so much.
