What's this overdrive?

I love the bass sound but can't see the overdrive pedal on the bass amp, or is it just the amp? Can't see the amp either...

Don't see any pedals between the bass and the amp.

The amp looks Fender-esque, but I don't recognize it (seems to have blue/teal tolex). It looks like a tube amp so I think it's being overdriven to achieve that tone.

Yeah it sound like the ages demos on the tubes! But the small box looked like a blue di, button less, on top of the amp, but I can't see it clearly...

Yep but that’s still what it sounds like. Some of the setting options sound great on bass

Lakland, Di mixed with vintage, farting bass rig. Hard to say, quite a bit of recording production going on, so could be anything.

It looks like there's a pedal sitting atop the right side of the head.

I asked them about the gear used :

The bass is a Lakland and its going direct into a Milkman Half and Half bass head and an old Fender 4x12 cab. We added a touch of grit to it in post I believe but that was it!

I really like the "grit" they added in post... If anyone stumble on a pedal that sounds like that tell me more about it...
