View attachment 510871 View attachment 510872 I sometimes refer to the Kramer lumie as "Lucifer's Hammer", because that's what it sounds like, and because it's a neck-heavy (very neck-heavy) SOB. The Gretsch's name is usually "You **@#! piece of *!!@#" (it has lots of problems). As for the other 17 basses; like I've said before - they don't need names. They're like cats; they won't come when you call them, so why bother to name them?;)

Your not training your cat right...

I call mine 'Irresponsible'.

Actually;
'91 Rickenbacker Chris Squire Sig. 4001CS - Excalibur

'05 Washburn T-25 - Brego (Aragorns horse, same colour)
'90s Zeta EUB - Draco
'90s Ibanez SR 5 string - Thrak
?? 4080-12 - Ric 4 string 12 string double neck (that doesn't exist yet) - Gemini

I have an Epiphone EBM-4 that I named "Blearrgh" after the S.O.D. song lyrics to "Hey Gordy"... There was no Epiphone writing on the bass and the little "E" on the truss rod cover was easily removable, so I re-christened it years ago.

My brand new candy apple red Yamaha TRBX-305 is "Red Five", because I am a geek, as evidenced by my avatar. Probably the only wookiee currently flying an X-Wing.

Irresponsible.

For convenience when referring to my axes, I named them:
91 Rickenbacker 4001CS (#365) "Excalibur"
05 Ibanez SR1000 Prestige "Stormchaser"

14 Logical Doubleneck 12/4 string "Rael Imperial Aerosol King"
02 Zeta Fretless 4 electric upright "Draconus"

Elsa Fretless Jazz (not from FROZEN it's Frankenstein's wife!!)
Maggie Krappy 6 string fretless
Scarlet Samick 4 string fretless
