I didn't like mine using the initials so I "customized" one:

Guys I work with call my Angry Pat, so I'll start with "Happy".
I recently had both hips replaced so "Hips" jumped right out.
...and sticking to the H's I'll go with "Hopkins".

I will from now on be referring to myself as:

Happy Hips Hopkins.. kinda flows right off the tongue.
