What's your favorite drum solo?

Concerts I can live with. I saw Terry Bozzio on Jeff Beck's greatest hits tour playing a humongous kit, it was killer! But I've seen plenty of bar bands do it, just really didn't fit the mood at all.

for me, i think this has to be it - stewart copeland is not only a great drummer, but he knows how to let it breathe, bring texture to the music


that being said, i ran across sheila e's from david letterman's drum solo week, and that is some flashy drumming!

Nah, but it's a good one, I'll stick with the Terry Bozzio on the Jeff Beck tour, He had 4 bass drums all on some kind of electronic trigger. Also had a bazillion cymbals, he was killin it.
I do love that GFR live album, they are at the top of their game on it
I'm just a drum solo troll

The whole thing Bruford, Mastelotto, and Belew did on the second leg of the King Crimson Thrak tour was pretty awesome. Gavin Harrison pretty much owns the stage with that solo he does on 21st CSM on the new KC BluRay.
