Michael Shrieve ... Soul Sacrifice at Woodstock
So tightly integrated into the fabric of the song your not aware it's a "solo" ... as it should be, for my taste.
Extra points for the classic P-bass and Acoustic 360 !

My brother is a drummer, and he and I nerded out to this a lot in high school. This is worth your time, esp if you are a fan of single foot pedal drummers and/or impossible feats of the human body
Barrimore Barlow in the middle of Conundrum, from Jethro Tull's live album. Mainly because it has structure and flow, and groove. And it just sounds so impossible!
There are good ones on Rush's Counterparts album. While Peart isn't my favourite drummer, my favourite drummer has never done a solo.
I've always liked solos that don't stick to the theme. For example Cut to the chase, by Rush. It's complicated drumming and then switches over to a basic beat for the solo.
