What's your oldest effect and do you still use it? :)

I think it must one like this. I can't think of anything older I might have.
I don't use it because I'm not exactly sure where it is. It's in a box of other music stuff but I don't know what house the box is at.

Hey, Brent! EHX Bassballs was my first which I bought in '79. Sold in 97-98. Not an effect I missed as it was basically a one-trick pony.
My oldest pedal I still own is probably a Digitech Multi Play, looks like this one
It doesn't work right, pretty sure it's old Caps. I keep it thinking I might fix it one day.
Oldest pedal I still use (very rarely) is a Digitech RP10, like this one
It has the ability to assign the expression pedal to any parameter, and more than one at a time. So I keep thinking I might use it again one day (but not for distortion sounds, it's NOISY with those)

I had a couple as well. The shiny ones that came in a wooden box. I really wanted to love them but could never find a place for them.

All from my high school prog band days 1984-1986; the Rat just stopped working ( I stepped on it and Nothing - no click from the button,so I'll get that fixed one of these days ), but the ADA works, and the Boss pedals are still on my board.

I sometimes miss my old DOD pedals.
My first two pedals were the DOD Bass Compressor and the Bass Flanger. I was a big Billy Gould (Faith No More) fan and was totally psyched that I could pick up the same effects pedals that he was using.
