So I go through gear like a bum goes through Steel Reserve. I liked most of my basses but I grew tired of them after a while.
I recently bought a 1977 Rickenbacker 4001 from xlows on here, and I honestly think that this is "the one". I will still keep the Sterling and Warmoth around because they have their places, but I've never had a bass that was this much fun to play, that sounded this good, that just FIT me so well.
What bass is it for you, if you've found it yet?
