Where are the weirdos?

I managed to forget my old Denver band had a couple videos on the Tube. This was from our less than inspiring "reunion" show about two years after breaking up. When we played out we had a couple promoters that loved to put us on opening slots for pretentious indie and shoegaze shows! We were all adults wearing man-thongs and homemade capes, and unsurprisingly I was the only one in the band who had played an instrument before we decided to start a band (we all worked together in the same restaurant kitchen- a ridiculous joke that came to fruition). At best we got some Birthday Party and early-Cure comparisons, at worst...

You mean you didn't meet at the man-thong store or maybe a man-thong convention?
