Right now I am sitting on my couch, about to prepare myself a fine cup of Nescafe Clasico coffee.
Leaving soon to go see Skynyrd and Bad Co at the Susquehanna Bank Center. But for right now, I'm still on the sofa.

Packing for multipurpose trip - vacay, college visits for son, visit with sister's family in Alabama. Going thru boxes and boxes of my parent's crap stored in my 95 degree garage looking for old photos to bring, but have to be careful not to bring any pictures of father because sis may tear them up. Filet? It's a spicy sliced carrot. They have this mix there of jalepenos, onions and carrots that are yours for the taking.
The rest is machaca con juevos (shredded beef with eggs), salad, pintos and rice.
Sorry, I'm on an iPhone and can't always make things out well. You west coast guys have access to some great food. I'm going to see if my wife could make this. She's a great cook. Bon appetite.
