Which bass should I use for this set list?

A P for sure.... Unless you slap on the funk songs. Then a Jazz or ideally both.

I only usually slap the occasional passage on the funk songs. I think slap is coolest when you just use it now and then for emphasis and, believe it or not, my P with heavy flats has a cool slap sound!

If I'm going mad with the thumb I use my Fender Jazz with the Sadowsky pre-amp. Super cool and funky.
