I guess I have to jump in with the Sunn guys. Those 2x15 200s and 2000s boxes were simply the goods.
I guess that means we have to get back the JBL D140F too, it was part of the winning hand.
They sound good with Faital 15PR400 drivers, too, actually.

Fryette has acquired and revived the Sound City mark.
But are they making the kind with the active EQ?

Really wish Fender would bring back the Deluxe FMT / QMT jazz basses! (Please Fender, please?)

22 frets, quilt maple (QMT) and flame maple tops (FMT). Blocks and binding! I guess they realized that it had too many high-end features for a general factory production model. Maybe it just wasn't cost-effective. I think you'd have to go to the Custom Shop for all these features nowadays.

If anyone out there remembers getting one of these in a store, please chime in!

Apart from everything decent Gibson ever made, Fender Modern Player Teles and Pawn Shop Mustangs. Basses with big humbuckers are just better, these days everything just has some P/J combination. Snooze.
