From my experience with Eden, (4 amps, 5 cabs) none has ever in the repair shop, and all sound great.
I can't comment on customer service, since my gear hasn't had any problems.

Fender Pro 800 or Carvin B1500? About the same price right now; 800's on clearance/closeout, and the 1500 has a rebate going.

In my opinion, the most bang for the buck is the Carvin B1500...they have a sale going on at this time too... great head.. does 2 ohms if you want... LOUD!!!
In the past weeks, I have seen Genz Benz neo=paks go for 375 shipped, that is cheap for a loud little amp with a tube pre. Also saw an GB 700rd here for 275 shipped.
The Carvin BX1200 is an excellent choice for "bang for buck" offerings. Right now Carvin has it on sale for $539.99, I paid over $600. for mine 2 yrs. ago. Lot's of bells and whistles and quite powerful, Bass Player Mag Editor's Pick Award recipient.

I have a Nemesis RS-400. I originally had it paired with a N210RS and N115RS cab and it was a great tone. Ran into money problems and put them all up for sale. The cabs sold but I still have the head. The money stuff has righted itself a bit so I decided to keep it. It's a great head.
Plenty of power. 1/4 and speakon outs. DI with Level adjustment. Ground Lift. Footswitch for Mute and Enhance. Tuner loop (effects loop). Thermal controlled fan.
A bit on the heavy side.

Could you tell me if the RS400 head of Nemesis comes with the rackable ears? because if I buy it I´d like to enrack the head. And it seems the head is more smaller than the cabs.. 16 inches the head and 19 inches the cab.

+1 on the Carvin BX1200. It was on sale for 500.00 just a couple of weeks ago, which is a sick price for an amp with it's capabilities and construction. My previous amp was the GK 700rbII and it was a great amp, just not in the same class as this bad boy.
Specs; 2 x 275w RMS @ 8 ohms each, 2 x 400w RMS @ 4 ohms each, 1200w RMS bridged @ 4 ohms.
The DRIVE control on the Carvin does what I wished the GK's boost control could do, which is woolly up the sound to Trace-like warmth.
The X-OVER (or bi-amping) abilities of the Carvin are very unique and useful also. Great for mis-matched cabs, like a 15" cab and a 210 because the CROSSOVER FREQ knob acts like an active crossover unit on a PA system (with subs).
With it's footswitchable graphic EQ and DRIVE, you can tune up two different basses (like an active and a passive) and with one stomp, you can switch the basses without turning any knobs. It's got everything. Originally I thought it was too complicated but now I realize it's just a very well designed unit because it gives you all the choices.
Honestly I believe this head, when paired with the right cabs, is right there with GK's 2001rbII.

+1000 on the BX1200. I am running bridged at 1200 watts into my Schroeder 1215L. It hits like a punch to the gut. Great tone and enormous power. I love when it is barely visible on stage and everybody is trying to figure out where the huge bass sound is coming from.
