Actually, basically, really, any of these verbal crutches that can be removed without changing the meaning. The word "actually" is supposed to indicate a contradiction to something previously said.

People don't like it when sentences start with "so" but what grates on me is when people end a sentence with it, or make an entire sentence out of it.
So...
When people end a sentence with an ellipsis.

“Gibby” and “Ibby” bug me. No one ever says they have a Foddy or a Saddy or a Lakky. If you can spell out Fodera or Lakland, you can spell out Gibson or Ibanez.
..lol...ya know that's, right!

May I be so bold as to point to RARE! (I will not purchase anything from anyone who uses this phrase...!)

Also, "looking for the last (or final, you choose) piece of the puzzle." If you have no more creative juice in ya than to be looking for that. I'm waiting for the next "gravey train with biscuit wheels!"

And, pups. If it don't have four legs, a tail and licks your face. It's NOT a pup.

Hmm... one not really bass related but folk coming onto an International or Brit forum and introducing themselves by saying "Hello from CT" or whatever other State abbreviation that they expect the world to know of.
(I could get shot down for this one I guess :) ).
Years ago they did that on the Carvin forum when naming threads for bass get-togethers e.g “The CT Get-Together” or “The NY Bass Hang”. As you can imagine the “KY Get-Together” raised a few eyebrows...

Disclaimer - I'm English and this is probably an Americanism but I really hate standing in a queue at macdonalds or starbucks or any other fast food place and a customer says 'Can I get a bigmac/skinny latte/ham on rye/whatever'.
NO YOU CAN'T!
You aren't allowed behind the counter so the waiter will have to 'get' the item.
You can ask properly e.g. May I have an xxx or I'd like an xxx.

Musically, the phrase that annoys me most right now is 'we can't gig because of covid'.
