Squier VM Jazz -
Squier Vintage Modified Jazz Bass V Natural, - Online Music Store | Sounds Live

I play pretty much everything from jazz and funk to OTT metal stuff :)
Im asking because i'd be buying blind, i cant get access to any of them, although i have played the Deluxe before and liked it a lot.
Any help would be much appreciated :)

Thanks :)

I never knew they offered a VM JV...I'd very much prefer the 'looks' of that one. However, I have owned both the Affinity and Deluxe V's; and I prefer the Affinity over the Deluxe as far as feel is concerned. The Affinity has a thicker, rounder neck profile, more in tue with a Standard Fender JV. The Deluxe has a really wide neck with a 2.02 width at the nut. A bit too wide for MY tastes. But it sounds friggin fantastic!

I actually had 2 Affinity V's in the past....and am considering a 3rd in Sunburst. But if the VM's are as sweet as they look, then that would be the one for me.

How is the B string on both Squier 5-bangers you've owned?
