Actually, I'm estimating. Last time I talked with him a couple of years back, he was at 279. He was buying 2-3 per month, so he should be over 300 by now. I can check in with him if you're really interested on an exact number.

Which TB'er has the largest bass collection?

fullrangebass has the largest Dingwall bass collection I know, but he's also got quite a few other non-Dingwall basses.
This is going to be a very fun and interesting thread. I only have 4 but still have a hard time deciding what 2 to take to gigs.
I already have an hard time in playing periodically my 6 bass guitars ,my double bass and my EUB, i wonder how can you handle more...!!!

Just for a comparison, I have one old Fender worth about $250. I have owned over 100 but usually only 1 or 2 at a time. This has taken place in the last 50 years.
600 basses is not a collection, it's a takeover!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm holding on to my 5 Fenders and upright before someone tries and takeover my basses

I know for sure that there are a handful (atleast) on here that have more than me, and I am in triple figures.

I am a big fat liar. I don't have crap for stock in anything (much less Fender). The only stock I have is some old copier paper stock. 
But I must say the 6 photos of all those BEE-U-TI-FUL basses has me drooling. There are some real beauties there for sure. And I admit there are about 20 basses I'd love to have and that falls waaaayyyyy short of the real "whole bunch of basses" guys.
