For stage, any of the ones mentioned in this thread will work fine.
Out of all of these other tuners, besides the TU3, which of them are buffers? Which mute? Do any of them power other pedals like the Boss?

I have a Turbotuner ST-200 and having checked the manual, I cannot find reference to it being able to be switched from muting the sound to not muting the sound.IIRC, the TU-3 is buffered, the Strobostomp, Pitchblack, Turbotuner, and Polytune are all true bypass - all can be set up to mute, or not...
Polytune mini will not power other pedals.

Here's a link to the manual: http://www.turbo-tuner.com/media/ST200_Manual.pdf
True only 1 input for powering the pedal itself. The larger Polytune has the extra power jack like some of the Boss pedals. Technically it's not really powering another pedal, just passing through the power from whatever power supply it's plugged into. TBH, I've never found this very useful. If I want to power multiple pedals, I use one of those daisy chain connectors that sell for about $10.
