Who else finds the new Jerzy Drozd__^ singlecut ugly?

OK, first of all I am not fan of single cuts in general but there are some models that I like, so this could be only me but I could not get used to the upper horn (the G string side) of the new Jerzy Drozd single cut (you know the banner you see here in TB). All of his basses so far had a great taste of proportion and elegance for me. But this one... you know the upper horn looks weird to me. And it makes the whole instrument looks incomplete and ugly (again for me). I'd make the tip closer to the fretboard like a precision. But I'm not Jerzy ;)
And for name suggestion, I'd say: Ooops :D :D :D

It's NOT proper to call a bass ugly AFAIK (unless it's your own of course)

Back to the OP, I am not a huge fan of the lower horn extension shape (maybe a different. And from my own experience, for a 5str B-G, I'd love it to be 34" or 35" (very subjective I know), and it becomes even more subjective given the high level of attention as well as the materials and high level of construction that Jerzy is well known for

I kinda like it...definitely a personal taste thing. However, one thing we know is that as of right now, this is the only of its kind, and Jerzy has said this one is just a prototype and not likely to be the end result. I haven't spoken with him, so I don't know if he's open to suggestions, but he does have a forum of his own you could chime in with your opinions. He might be interested in hearing what people have to say...

Regarding the single pickup deal: we also don't know if this, being the prototype, is going to be unique with regards to the electronics layout, but it might be an option you could select.

The only thing I'm fairly certain of is that Jerzy seems to be moving to a 33" scale as standard.

I'd dig it if the lower horn curved closer to the body...
As it is, it just looks warped.

That's my only issue with it, it puts out a "Musicvox Spaceranger" bass vibe with it like that...otherwise, stellar.

No not that extreme, but just for illustrative purpose.

I'm not a fan of any of the singlecuts that I've seen that have a little nugget or point on the upper bout, including that Drozd. They always look like a strangely mutated double-cut rather than a flowing singlecut design to me.
