Who got a bass for Christmas?

Dude, you are unfathomably lucky. Unless you bought it yourself; you're still lucky, but I can fathom it.
I didn't get a bass... but I got a nice 2" Levy's leather strap! It actually makes my SX comfortable to play now...
No bass but I did get new strings and a Tascam MP-BT1. This thing rocks!
Oh, and I bought myself a Little Mark II and a Hohner Steinberger copy headless.

My folks bought me a new MIM Fender Jazz
My first Fender. I had been saving for one for a while & they completely threw me off track by saying they would help me a bit with my saving in a few weeks time. Much to my surprise I walk in there & see a brand new one standing before me. (can't get pics, camera is playing up, worst time of year for that to happen
)
This now means I can use the money I was saving to get other gear, like an amp or effects or something. I have no idea what to go for

My glorious, beautiful, talented wife got me a natural finish MM stingray! She even gave it to me early because I was about to buy Cherie's MIA Fender. I'm glad she caught me lookin' on TB!
I got a new bass and a new strap for Christmas. I love the bass, but the tuners and the preamp seem a bit weak. Nothing I can do about it until another job rolls around.
I got a 6 string acoustic bass made by larrivee ( I found it in a flea market in Paris ) ... it sounds great but I don't know the model or the value of it ! can anyone help ??
