Who got a bass for Christmas?

My neighbor was selling his Peavey Foundation with a Crate BX-80 amp. My boyfriend asked me what I wanted for Christmas and I said that and thats what he got me ^_^

I got a cheap acoustic guitar... my first. I figure I own about 5 basses, it'd be nice to own at least ONE guitar. I'm happy with it... now I can make some solo music with it and my other basses.

Hey, instead of an actual bass, I got "Permission" from the wife to go bass shopping! She knows I have been studying the Nordie threads and website.

well, my parents got me a Squier Deluxe Active Jazz V... but due to an error with music123's shipping dept. the bass has yet to get here.

My wife gave me permission to buy myself a bass, so I picked up an Ibanez GSR200, a Levi strap, a Behringer BX108 amp, a padded case, and a new cable.
