Who has used Tascam US 122?

I'm thinking of getting a Tascam US 122 to use with Cakewalk on my computer. If any of you have used one, do you know if there are latency problems (I've heard there can be with USB) and can you get a decent mic level or is it noisy?

I'm about to buy one and I've read good things about it. There's a big review on it in this months sound on sound.
