Who is actually using a multi-FX live, and is happy with it?

Aren't you going to miss the expression pedal and its step sequencer ? It's a unique feature. Otherwise the B3n is a huge step forward.
Well, I have an external expression pedal which I can use with B3n (to a lesser extent of course). As for step sequencer, I certainly will miss it. I didn't get much use out of it, but this is rather due to lack of incentive by covid and respective absence of gigs.
All in all, AX3000B is a great device, but B3n has a lot of great advantages. One of them is that it fits into my bass gig bag pocket. ;)

I started with the zoom B9.1, way overkill.
Then I got the B3, worked well, now I have a B3n, and it is perfect for my needs. I don't need a lot, I only use 3 patches, with a total of maybe 10-15 FX, or models.
The B3n works well gigging as I can easily navigate with my foot quickly.

Was using pedals the a HX Stomp XL and now a boss gt1000 core. I liked HX stomp but gt1000 gets the job done quickly and better for my ears. Really happy with it. Pitch shifter on hx is better, but gt1000 core has more dsp power and besides not many bass amps and effects, they all sound great. Gt1000 core is easier to control on stage imo but line6 software is better.

Really want to try a FM3. I'm guessing it will be close to gt1000 core.

I had a GT-1B, but wasn't very happy with it. It is a nice unit for what it is, but I wanted something a bit more "professional" for recording. I was between an HX stomp and a BOSS GT-1000 Core. I went with the Boss (recently). I haven't gone down the rabbit hole with the pedal yet, but I love it - there are some dedicated bass effects and amplifiers and they sound great. The learning curve is not too bad - I could do the rudimentary functions on the first day after reading a little and watching some videos. The options are practically endless and I think you had 24 slots for effects. Hopefully there will be more bass stuff available in the future, but there is plenty to work with already. Also, I know you didn't ask, but I just bought an Empress Bass Compressor and I am totally in love with it - highly recommended.

I had a zoom b9, it was too big. The b3 was great, the B3n was even better. I don’t care for the b6. I now have a stomp xl. I’m not picky and I’m only expecting so much. I don’t need many drives, synth or pitch stuff. Just a handful of virtual pedals for certain songs. I’m never going to own a proper pedal board, an all in one multi is more practical and economical for my needs.

I just got a MOD Devices Dwarf. So far, I'm really impressed, but have a lot more programming to do before it goes to a gig. It replaces a Lexicon MPX G2, which has blown away everything else I've found in terms of sound quality. This seems almost as good, with much easier programming and routing, and is quite a bit cheaper.

Followup: It's a very cool idea, but I've had noise issues and sound quality issues. As soon as the H90 came out, I stopped playing with it. At some point I'll update it to the latest soft and firmware and see if things have improved. Lots of promise, just not sure of the execution. The H90 is amazing, although not a full multi-FX box.

Boss MD-500.
All the mod effects needed and then some.
I would usually have all the other pedals into the MD-500 FX loop, only to be able to individually set up every modulation as "pre" or "post" loop.
