Who is getting an Expressionator?

i have one of the beta's, works so well with everything i've run it into that i want another.

i THINK running say the 3rd channel of Expresso 1 into the input of Expresso 2 will give 5 controlled devices off of one expression pedal. and that..... is AWESOME.

worked beautifully with IE stuff, 3 or 4 EHX pedals i tried it with, Infanem (2nd Voice and FayeSing), Strymon Timeline, Source Audio BEF Pro, Robot Factory Brain Freeze, a few Boss pedals i tried it with.

only thing i couldn't get it to work with was the M5/M9, and that's because they use a TR instead of a TRS cable.

LOVE this thing. honestly, even if i just had one expression capable pedal on board, i'd miss not having it. the taper choices are FUN.

I'm surprised by how much I dig expression control on delay. I've had fun controlling delay time, feedback and mix. If I hadn't gotten an Expressionator I don't think I would have experimented with it. I thought it would be a cool utility pedal and it is, but it's also a creative tool that has opened new doors with pedals I've had for a long time.

Yeah, that's a deal breaker for me :-(

yeah. it IS annoying that Line6 decided on a funky expression interface. my solution is that Mission Engineering's building me a two output always on expression pedal with one being normal, the other Line 6. that with an Expressiatoramos will let me control 4 devices with one ped. AWESOME.

love this thing.

Nature always finds a way.

@ Basehead

Some major changes are happening/have happened. I'll post about it in my thread as to not derail this one once I have it all wired and ready to go. All I can say now is, it is AWESOME!

Looking forward to seeing and hearing the new board...

ARRIVED: T1M Modded EB VP Jr., T1M Mini Patch Bay (it really is "mini")

My main board is done for now. :hyper:

I'm thinking of picking up the new Pigtronix dual expression pedal ( made by mission) to run with this. It would give me a total of 4 pedals to control and the ability to control a total of 6 if I picked up an additional Expressionator. Anyone have any experience with the Mission pedals ? I've read some good and bad reviews. I'm looking for a well made expression pedal , i'm pretty much over the cheap plastic stuff out there.

if you like Wah style they're good. very quality builds. but they DO have a shorter throw than an EP-2 or a VP Jr style.

i also have a Doubley Output Mission on the way. but mine's is Line6 M-series/Normal Style.

loooooooooooooking forward to it.

Amfmsb- they should be ready sometime next week. We are just waiting for the final assembly of the boards. We are also testing a new software revision. PM me we have extra above the waitlist.

Behndy- I can update yours as well. It saves on/off states and last channel on power down and tapers 4 and 5 are now 12x instead of 16x.

I was looking at doing the ExMissionatorM/Normal combo as well. Do you know how the double doers work? Do you go all toe down and click to change outputs? If so, is the first output stuck in toe-down limbo while you're rockin output #2?
