Who is Totally, Completely Happy with their Current Rig.....

I am. Instead of having a gimmicky integrated amplifier "modeled after" a studio channel preamp, I just a studio channel preamp lol. All joking aside though, when my modded SWR SM900 started turning into a money pit, I was at quite a loss for what to do. I really liked the 3 band semi-parametric eq with detented frequency selection pots and nothing else out there is really offering that these days save Eden. While I had owned an Eden Highwayman 500 and liked it before it was confiscated in Peru, Eden had changed hands so many times since had I bought it and I wasn't a fan of the new stuff. That was when I discovered the Presonus Eureka. It had everything I liked about my Eden and SWR and more. That coupled with a Revive Music upgraded dbx 160x and a Carvin DCM1000L means a lightweight power house rig that has quiet operation and produces studio quality sound!
I'm in that happy place where the equipment is transparent once I start playing- it's easy to get the sound I'm after and the rig is flexible. If the room is acoustically problematic, I have a solution for it.

I really am. I am on my second DigiTech BP200 into a BBE Bmax into a Rane stereo ME15B into a Crown 1000w stereo power amp out to a custom 212 and Red Star 115 on one side and a custom EV Pro15B cabinet on the guitarist side.
The simplicity of the BP200 keeps me using it. I have 3 main patches that sound great.
The Bmax sounds amazing and I can't remember the last time I touched a knob on it.
The Rane dual parametric makes EQing any room a breeze and, well 1000 watts is pretty self explanatory. I love my rig.

That's my Lon-dowsky. It's a beeswing bubinga/mahogany body with a bound and blocked maple neck. HC pickups and electronics are all Sadowsky. My all time favorite J style bass!
