Nah, that'll end up in being maced. Friend zone implies NO benefits, not now, not ever. They come to YOU when they need something or someone reliable. For the lovin', they go elsewhere. That's how it works. I used to be a huge friend zone guy, but not by choice. Man, those days sucked.

I stopped dealing with girls like that a while back. My sex appeal went up by 15 HP! After I stopped caring all the girls I used to feign for wanted to do me, only I was already with a hot chick who didnt cry to me about her problems.

I don't know where you got your Ph.D. in Understanding Women from, but you definitely know your stuff.

Its common knowledge to any guy that has been there, seen the light, and lived to tell about it. There are a LOT of us on this board.

Nothing wrong with what has happened. In fact you can fix it. Be nice to the girls and remain a good guy, but don't always be there, and show interest in other girls, and ask advice on other girls from them. Butter these girls up by saying little sweet things towards to other girl you are supposedly 'pursuing' but don't over do it, and always, always walk away or hang up on one of these other 'friends' on your own time. You keep control and be a man in these conversations. After a week or so just cut these girls off, but if you see them in person say hi and act excited to see them, but way too busy to stop and talk. Give it a month or two and they'll be back and more often than not they'll be interested in you so take advantage of that. Of course this method takes some time but it keeps a lot of girls on the backburner and can actually give you some real girl friends if you want it to too.

This actually works. I have proof. Chicks love the guy they can't have and will almost anything to get his attention. It's actually how I got my wife. She was seeing me and one other guy at the same time. She was seeing this dude in Nashville, where she lived at the time, and seeing me. I was living here in Columbus, Ohio. I was always the sweet, sensitive guy that listened to her and heard all her bitching and moaning about life. The other dude was her boss and totally did this play boy bad boy "act" towards her. One day I caught on to what was going on and totally flipped the tables on her. I started making her feel like she was just something to pass the time, not a real girlfriend. I let her know that there were more pressing matters in my life than driving 6 hours every other weekend and that if she left me alone I could play more music in my home town instead of spending it with her. She developed a whole new respect for me and started pursuing me even harder, totally forgetting about the other dude. Less than a year later we were married. I still give her the bad boy treatment every once in a while just to keep the flame burning.
