Man, I have so many random/stalled/abandoned/eff ups lying around, I could donate to folks without them!
(hopefully, that doesn't paint me in a bad light

I'd also cast my vote for stringed projects at the very least. While I do love the "bass only" concept, due to our surroundings, I did just hack together a stalled guitar build and it turned out fun and pretty decent. So I'd be flexible on that.
The pedal builds, while entertaining, kind of fly in the face of the header of this sub forum.
BUT... incorporating a pedal build INTO a stringed instrument... I'm not opposed to that at all.

omg, no joke I have a headphone amp I'm planning to put into an upcoming build and it's crossed my mind to put effects in too
The whole “Wing bass with octave built in” thing had me chin-scratching a while back.
I built a wing with an on board octave pedal. It's super cool, but I've done it.

Then I guess you’ll have to build an extra-long scale contrabass with an embedded octave-up circuit.
OK.....so we do a small scale build off (no pedals, just basses) of unfinished projects
I'm thinking of kicking this off after the voting is done.
Do we limit it to just builds that have been started here in LC, or do we open it any incomplete build?

I say any incomplete bass whether shown on LC or not.
