Pat makes great stuff!
Love that blue 5 string PJ!
...and just about everything else there!

So I'm checking out these basses, taking my pictures, when I decide to flip one over to take a picture of the back. That's when a few people rushed to help me. It turns out these basses are $150,000, and are made out of some super rare wood. I felt the blood rush out of me when I realized what I had handled.

I'm starting my day with a breakfast burrito
I really like the sculpting some of these newer companies do. Makes the old P and J look rather pedestrian and flat.View attachment 2889800
One piece, made out of Arium. It sounds like something from a fantasy novel, and looks like something from a science fiction novel. However, this thing is bad-azz!

I saw the Warwick 8 string bass but are there any more multi course stringed basses being shown?

Did you get a chance to see David Pastorius? Jaco's nephew, seriously nice guy and 1st rate player to boot.
Totally agree. After I attended NAMM 11 years ago - I bought one these carts.
Probably one of the smartest gear purchases I've made in terms of saving my back.
Entirely worth the money.
The Tasting Spoon cart's bacon/egg/potato burrito was killer
