First I've heard of the 2020, I looked it up... LB website's videos (predictably) make it sound pretty awesome. Does it really do what they say and take the "digital edge" off digital pedals (like the HXS)?

I have a Microtubes X Ultra as well. I was really impressed with the low gain tones you can get out of this for worship. Especially if you play around and find a good IR, something like a b15 portaflex cab sounds really good

I used it today for the first time at church and it sounded amazing, it was great having so much more control of my tone running direct. I had a SpectraDrive before for my DI and the Microtubes just gives me so much more to work with.

This afternoon I decided to see how compact I could get, and still have the essentials on the pedalboard that I use for WT... and that would also be usable for a rock band.

Metro16 was chosen to be the platform. It performed very well at WT rehearsal this evening, and I love the much easier carry!

Nice! I've been trying to get a smaller board since I sold a couple pedals I wasn't really using, and have come to a point where I really don't think I need anything else (weird, I know), so I love seeing tight setups like yours.

I was considering replacing my old PT2 with a Novo 18, but Gruv Gear just released their Lynk, and I'm not sure if I should give it a try. I've been using Pedaltrain for around 8 years now and they've always been great for me, but the Lynk looks like a very interesting design too.

I was messing around with the pedaltrain planner earlier and couldn't decide on the metro 16 or 20..

Reason being, they didn't have a photo of a Mesa Subway DI for me to use..
By looking at your 16, I'm thinking it'll work just fine

I was messing around with the pedaltrain planner earlier and couldn't decide on the metro 16 or 20..

Reason being, they didn't have a photo of a Mesa Subway DI for me to use..
By looking at your 16, I'm thinking it'll work just fine

LA1A is the same as the Blackbird on Pedal Playground (which is superior to Pedal Planner).

I like it a lot for headphone practice and a few of the cab sims are really nice. The extra feature I'm waiting on is that it is getting an update to be used as an interface for recording in the next few weeks, making a perfect pedal for me.

Is your DC7 just velcro'd underneath?

Is your DC7 just velcro'd underneath?

No, I use the screws and top mount using the drill template. You probably could use the more aggressive 3M Dual Lock, I wouldn't trust Velcro.

My DC7 is mounted with Velcro. The DC5 I had previously was mounted with Velcro. I switch the DC7 between two different boards and the Velcro makes that easy.

Never had an issue with either the DC5 or DC7 falling off.
