That's exactly why I ended up with a Stomp (and a MS-3 before that). I have a base sound I care about but for the occasional additional effect I am happy to compromise.I was thinking about this yesterday again. I could probably trim my entire board down and not miss a lot. I could buy a Nano and have everything I really need pretty easily. I could throw out my entire board and use just my Zoom B3 again or a tuner and my Ampeg SCR DI. But then I might want to add my VMT. And my Bass Chorus Deluxe. And my Bass Microsynth for that occasional hugeness. And add back my..... on and on.
Why do I feel the need to carry a pedal board full of stuff I use once in a while?
