I'd been running 64 Audio (1964 Ears at the time I ordered) Quads since 2011. However the fit had become more loose over time as my ears changed, and I was constantly adjusting to get a good seal. I upgraded to A18s' during their Black Friday sale this last year, and it's a huge difference.

After listening to some videos, I think I'll save $2K and just get an HX One ($249) and set it on the Regal setting and leave it at the end going into my Radial Pro DI. A JDI might be better but I'll see. I can find better uses for $2K as a weekend player. If I were a studio guy, I'd jump on a Noble. But I am not.
An advantage to the HX One is you can set up multiple presets of the Regal with different settings you like and just quickly switch between them. I have three presets for mine. Running it into my Finally with my P bass is pretty sweet. I haven't had time yet to try it with my active J to see how that sounds.
Alclair CMVK's for me. Have had them for about 5 years now. Love them.
I also have a set of Alclair UV3's as backups.
I am using the 64 U4s. They are working great for me. I went back and forth for a few weeks, but decided that I spent more on my amp/cabs, and I am not even using them anymore. I am happy with them overall. I don't see upgrading to molds anytime soon.
I remember when they were selling for $600 used. I got mine after they got more in demand, but I was able to work out a trade deal, so it softened the blow a bit. I think he has them priced decently at $1259. It's still expensive, but I think he is being fair with it. He could probably charge more. At that point, though, it's the wait that makes it difficult. My thought is that, at over $2k, they are expensive. At $1259 they are pricey. If there wasn't a long wait, I would tell you that it's worth checking out if funds were in line. But at $2k, it's not something that I can say, 'you have to do it!'
Another option is the Caveman (compact version), though still on the pricier side. It works with the Cioks (if I remember correctly). There is no tube, and it is a lot different than the Noble, but that thing really pounds.
At this point, I think if I were to put a tube DI after my Stomp, it'd be another REDDI. I just think they are fantastic. Great tone. The mystical "heft" we talk about...and the physical heft. I should have hung on to mine longer but again at the time I was going for an "all-in-on" solution to make my set up as minimal as possible.

That is exactly what is going on in my mind when I think about selling the Noble for a smaller setup.
I love my rig and no one complains about the tone. Any "speculation" is just me having G.A.S. pains and some jealousy. A Nano+ with GLXD+, Stomp and a Radial Pro DI just in case I need ground lift and makes cabling a little easier without the 1/4" to male XLR adapter. I have room for an HX One and may try it as my "Noble" DI. It's only $250. The DC7 powers it all with ease. Bass sounds. Synth sounds. One power cable. One XLR. I'm crazy, really, to think about going back to hauling and hooking up all that stuff.
A fair question/observation. I may not have to, but many presets use all 8 blocks which leaves nothing left for the Regal block. If I have an HX One, I can leave my presets and still have a "Noble" at the end as a DI for everything. Some creative editing may work as well. This would be easier. $250 is a lot less than $2,000.
There are certainly some pedals you aren't likely to find in music stores. But for any given type of pedal, there's a good chance a good store will have something I'll be happy with. I'm not chasing someone else's exact tone, texture, etc., just good ones that inspire me to play. Much less time and money spent chasing those. But that's me.
Got my Earthquaker Devices "Blumes" pedal on Sunday and this is definitely replacing the Darkglass B3k on my worship board.
Wide range of usable OD/Dist/Fuzz tones to be had, including a very transparent clean boost. Several demos are up on youtube and the pedal sounds exactly like it does in the demos (which can be a little rare these days...)
And at $100 I feel like it's an incredible value. I'd still be impressed if it was $250.

In regard to IEM glad to see the KZ getting some love. Currently I believe the church provided IEM are Shure SE425, being as I haven't used anything else they seemed fine haha.
But, I don't really want to use a communal pair, and I saw alot of positive talk on the KZ ZS10 Pros. Figured I'd grab some of those to kick off with.

What's on my pedal board is what I want for personal reasons. I have reasons why I bought the HX Stomp... but I could live without it. I'm happy and content with the gear I use on worship teams/churches I serve at. Is it my end all be all setup? not as long as I'm still reading TB threads... haha...
Tried a lot of universals. My first customs were Alclair Tours paid by one of the churches I served at. That's when I found that customs is works best for me. Never could get the seal and sound I get from customs with universals. I paid for my current customs (64 Audio A12t)... which was easy for me to justify the cost after using my Alclair Tours for 5 years.
Maybe there should be a worship bass IEM thread

I use Westone UM Pro 50's for church. I like 'em. Westone has a new model out: Invalid Link Removed.
I use CCA-C16's with the classic good-time rock "N" roll band. I like these for the vocals (I use a bass amp/cab on stage).
That being said, if I can swing some customs later this year (deep breath), I'm looking at 64 Audio N8's (I'ma window shopper for now).

Does anyone use the Hudson Broadcast (AP version)? I played through it yesterday with the low cut switch on and I never had a better pick tone. The low cut reduces the gain on the low end. This may earn a spot on my board. I'd have to take off the Teeth overdrive, which is not an easy choice.
But, if it works out and can cover all my OD needs, then I think the Stomp would become just a passing thought.
