Worst Dad Band song

Back to my obsessive distaste for Mr Diamond, besides the fact that his voice is like nails on a chalkboard (too bad kids won't know this now) to me, his "Girl, you'll be a woman soon" has always struck me as one of the top ten pedo songs of all time.

You've got a top ten pedo song list?

How'd you come to assemble that, exactly?

It's just a guess. I can make one if you want. Then we can all go back and forth until we are bored or the thread gets closed.

Since you guys went there(hee, hee);), let me remind you of these...

Total creeper's anthem(but he is resisting temptation, after all)that was a big hit...

This was inspired by a real life story, where the band was being pursued by some real young fans, getting as far as the band's motel, supposedly nothing happened but they still got in hot water....

Another "doing the right thing" song...

And a "doing the wrong thing" tune(but what else would you expect from bad boy Mick)...

Now, Paul was 20 in 1962 when he wrote "I Saw Her Standing There"; I don't know what the age of consent laws in the UK are, but what does "you know what I mean" mean? Nobody seemed to be bothered with it. You've already heard it a million times, and any Youtube vids of it are really poor.

From the other perspective, an obscure new wave era nugget..

Proceed with caution.

Oh yeah...
