Worst Neckdive You've Experienced

What's the absolute worst neckdive you've ever experienced in a bass? Today I went into my local pawn shop just to see what they had and there was this red cort 5 string with a musicman humbucker, big inline headstock. Not sure what model, anyway I don't own a 5 and it was really cheap so I thought maybe i would get it just to mess around with it. Hooked it up to my strap and put it on and the thing sank headfirst to the floor. Like it didn't just creep down, it dropped like a rock. Just surprised me how seemingly unplayable it would be (probably why it ended up in the pawn shop for 75 bucks)

Gibson EB0/3, and a Warmoth parts bass that had an ebony neck. Not just an ebony fretboard- an ebony neck.

Also some Thumbs have dove straight down.

An early Yamaha BB series, the one that had a single P pup, it wasn't mine, liked the bass overall, but I have little tolerance for neck dive since I play pretty high up on my chest, if you sling your bass low probably not a big deal.

One of the most beautifully made basses I've ever seen was my Matsumoku-made 1980 Washburn B-20 Stage Bass. Just superb but neck-dived straight down as soon as your hand left it. Too bad, oh too bad! Such a superb bass otherwise. I wish I'd kept it because of its build/beauty.

Man, I loved the tone and the hot pickups. It was minty.

But, dude, that neck would slowly point to hell unless you kept hold of it!

Sold it to fund a '64 Fender Jazz...ahhhhhh. Now, there we go.

I have never experienced neckdive with a bass. The worst guitar neckdive I have ever known was this monster:

Round backs are a bad idea overall.

A guy brought in his P bass to a shop I worked at.
It had one of those Quan headstock brass plates to "promote sustain".

Easily the worst feeling bass I've ever strapped on.
I owne a Thumb 5 BO, and I owned a Tbird briefly 20 years ago.

This P easily was worse.
