There is an ibanez sr 600 ,it's used .
Here in my country instruments are over price .
The new one is 700$
He gave used one 550$.

In other hand there is fender p bass ,Mexican made . that's new instrument and it cost 900$.

Which one should I buy ?
Which sounds better to you? What will suit your needs best?

What country are you in?

No way I'd pay $900 for a MIM P bass. That's over the price of a used MIA P bass here in the US.

Here in Australia a Fender Standard P Bass will cost over $1000 new.

I'd go the second hand Ibanez. Great bass and when you find a decent P bass second hand you can sell the Ibanez without losing much (if anything).

If you find you like the slim neck of the Ibanez better than the wider P bass neck you might eventually find a P with a Jazz neck. I got one for under $500 here in Australia and it's my favorite bass now.

I love my inexpensive Ibanez...and the 600 is Much nicer than mine.
Of course, 'inexpensive' is a relative term.
Reaching back 40 years, I've always trusted used gear.
I hope you have the chance to play both basses.
I know it has been said many times before, but you really should buy the one that feels best in Your hands.

Yeah, his government! Is there anything like Craigslist or kajiji in Iran? Or find someone willing to buy you a used roadworn pj in the US and ship it to you ... Still going to have to pay import fees, duty taxes and so forth but it is probably going to save you some money. Cheers.

900 for a Mexican P-Bass??? Dude, someone is ripping you off

There is two problem .
When you want enter it form boarder ,for deluxe things .(guitar , car ,music systems even electronics like phones ) ,it is not Luke you enter pay for it in boarder and then go home with it .
Used or not get new one tax .
Mean if you buy a fender like active p bass for 450$ in USA ,you should pay 800$ tax too .

In other hand there is a second country in way that gets tax.Dubai or turkey .
Because USA or a lot of other country don't have flight to Iran .
Dubai and turkey have their own tax
Because of that best one is buying from a shop that just get one tax than two .
