would you guys do this?

So by my few posts you could tell I'm crazy about Pedulla's. Right now I have a Fender P/J, and Tobias Killer B. There is this Pedulla MVP JJ on ebay that I like everything about except the fact that it is JJ as I usually like deeper tones. However I've recently discovered that I like JJ used on particular songs. I'm only going to be able to try Pedulla's if I buy them first as they are hard to find. I recently got back into playing after a long hiatus and right now don't even have a good amp. I don't need one because Im not in a band at the moment, building my chops first. I'm playing through a guitar amp. I'm not poor, but I'm not rich either. So my question is, in my situation would you guys buy this or would you hold off. I would have a nice stable of all possible tones with the 3 basses. And let me stress, these seem to be hard to find used.

thanks
mike

Ty, I find that if I play a JJ after eating a pbj I get plenty of low sounding bottom over and undertones.

The sticky residue also eliminates my need to use finger ease.

Get the pedulla. You can always sell it later. But if you don't you can't always buy one later.

Good luck
