Me too. I actually glanced at my watch while reading your post!
Once upon a time people used pocket watches, until someone figured out that wearing one on your wrist was more convenient and quicker.
For purposes of tracking the time, a mobile phone is just a fancy pocket watch. Wrist watches, therefore, will always appeal to some of us.
I doubt I was late. So was I boring you, or wasting your time?

By the way, in the interest of research, I've just been watching a few of her videos. I don't think she deliberately wears the watch on the inside at all...it's just very loose and moves around.

Yes, and it's also kind of like jewelry. It's like saying that *bracelets* will never go away.
Wearing my watch like that would drive me crazy. It appears to be much too loose as well. Not gonna happen.
I don’t understand how anyone with a schedule to keep can’t wear a watch. Pulling out a cell phone to check time is a pain. It continually amuses me if people ask the time.
I have worn Tissot dive watches since 1971. For the past 15+ years I have worn a Tissot PRS 200 with a Sapphire Crystal, which is practically impervious to scratching. Not one scratch in all that time. That problem is solved with the right watch. Yep, it’s personal jewelry, and it says something about the wearer.

I have some older Seiko quartz watches and my father's old Nivada automatic (mechanical) in addition to my two ORIS watches - Big Crown ProPilot Day Date, and Artix GT Chronograph.
In my 50 years I've never once worn a watch, but I remember seeing this done in High School and a few times since. Admittedly the first time I was a little

Oddly beat me to it.
The first thing I noticed WASN'T the watch.
Actually it was the CBG.

There was a brief fad in the Rickenbacker Club a while back where RIC-owners were showing off our watches. Dumb but fun. Before anyone gets upset, I do NOT wear my watch on my bass. Pose was for photo purposes only.
Yep. I can watch the clock without being obvious. Been spinning the watch around on stage forever.

Well said. I think the word "hack" has become one of the most vague, misused words in the language.
More than anything, the use of the word "hack" in social media almost always denotes a spam thread of some kind.
