Whether or not the company is gone, there will still be stock on the dealers shelves, and I will still have my Eden gear so there is the potential for buying used as well.
Im actually gonna get a new WP-100!

I wonder if the fact that they are out of business will hurt resale on items if people know they can't get gear fixed and the warranty is void. There is still chance someone will buy the name but from what I hear there is so much debt it would be hard to make it worth the cost.
Of course it could go the other way and the stuff could be worth more becuase its hard to get. Who knows.

Ive been told by 2 Major Eden dealers that David will remain in charge of the company and by one of them that he confirmed with them this morning that all origional waranties will be honored. Theyre not in such bad shape.
Of course, this is just what I was told by two reliable sources. It could be wrong.

I had a world tour for about 2 years. I just sold it and got a separate power amp and pre. I liked it but found the enhance control to be a funny knob. As you turned it up, you got some cool tones but lost thump and punch. You don't notice until you get in a room with a drummer. It made me nuts so I finally sold it and moved on. Good stuff

I know exactly what you're talking about. When I first got mine, and was messing around w/ all the knobs, I had the "Enhance" at about 2 O'clock. Then my drummer brought his kit over, and we jammed. I could feel more bass than I could hear. Took me a while to realize that I needed to turn the Enhance to around 11:30, and just add some low end from the "bass" knob.
I think the knob is the perfect example of what sounds good to you is probably horrible when you're w/ a drummer.
*On my Nemesis combo* I just turn my enhance knob either fully off, or just barely on.

Blimp ~ Nope , no gig yet, but I practiced with it tonight. It rules, of course.
narud ~ I have the WT-300, too, and I can't say that it sounds any better than the WT-800. In fact, because of the bi-amp capability, I'd say the 800 can get MORE delicious Eden tones.
