Yamaha B200F Info Needed

Trying to find some information on this bass. A friend has it and no longer needs and wishes to sell it, and I am trying to help her with that. We do not know what it is worth. BB200 are lower model than the more common BB300 so research BB300 prices on ebay, reverb here on talkbass classifieds etc and reduce a little because it's fretless. generally it's not worth more than $200 or so.

I can't make sense of the serial number, any idea what year it is ?
