Yamaha BB-1200. Should I sell????

i've been realizing lately how nice yamahas are. i would keep it. they seem to be of higher quality than their resale value suggests.

Let me work on providing a picture. My computer skills,I must admit,are in the range of very limited. I'll get with my son to figure out how to arrange some pix.

If you are going to make money on the sell - sell it. If you are going to loose money and just give it away for a song why not keep it. Unless you sell it to one of your TalkBass brothers

My original intent was to get your thoughts re:keep or sell and thanks to so many of your recommendations I will keep it and slap some new strings on it. As I was playing it over the weekend I realized what a nice bass I have and,as some of you have suggested,would have huge regrets about selling it. Again,thank you all very much.TalkBass has provided a wonderful service.

Well... from a distance, she's quite the looker; but believe me, she's got her fair share of nicks and dings as befits a "players bass" of her age!

It all falls under the heading of "mojo" as far as I'm concerned!
