Yamaha BB300 replacement tuners?

I'm picking up a 1989 Yamaha BB300 on Wednesday, a bass I have owned before. I know the tuners aren't what they used to be (I know that 'cause it's my ex-bass), and I'm looking to replace them in time. But, since it's Yamaha, of course they have off-sized tuners. So my question is obvious: is there any brand that produces replacement tuners for these?

And, since I'm on the subject of pimpin' a bass: the bridge has gone rather dirty, how can I clean that? Silver polish perhaps?
