Unfortunately for me, I just let myself get carried away and ordered an RBX4 A2. I'd been wanting something "Jazzy" (I'm normally a P-Bass guy) and this is an inexpensive way to get there - $299.95 shipped at ZZSounds. I'd seen one on stage recently and I liked the look and sound. Invalid Link Removed

I beleive if Yamaha make it it's a very safe bet it is good

I have a defretted '81 BB400 and it is the most solid peice of kit i've ever bought

Have anyone tried to replace the stock pickups on BB414? I am considering upgrading my bass, but the pickups are nonstandard...
