Yay! Moving this weekend. Wanna help?

Yeah!

The house has a lot of fruit growing in the back! Strawberries, Apricots, Peaches, Some sort of red berry (possibly loganberries), oranges, and a neighbors overhanging fig tree!
I'll be moving over my zucchini, purple & yellow bell peppers, black cherry tomatoes, Virginia Sweets, Rosemary & Basil.

My garden grew three sizes!

Most wonderful! Let us know what you make outta that. And some pics!

Can I be somewhat of a Debbie Downer for a minute? Looks like a nice house and a great deal. They eschewed a family for single young people? (assuming their credit was good.)

I'm not jumping to any conclusions, but I heard quite a few horror stories in recent years of guys getting foreclosed on and just renting out the property in spite of that and delaying the inevitable foreclosure until the Sheriff just shows up at your house and locks the doors.

Just want to make sure that doesn't happen to you.

Its all good, and rightful to be cautious. I think the family may have decided to go with a different option, or maybe their credit wasnt any good. That, or they went with us because we were willing to sign a longer lease. We found the house through a listing agency. I dont forsee any issues like you described.
