Do American Fenders have metric truss rod nuts? Maybe they do, I'm not an expert. But this is a country-mile from being a "Custom Shop" level instrument.
Glorified parts bass, with a helluva sales job in the copy.
 
It looks like someone went crazy with some vinyl. I'd say that's likely an MIM Fender, with possibly an abalone pickguard, but with decal inlays, as well as abalone vinyl on the headstock, with obvious vinyl lettering, which doesn't even match the Fender logo.

Extra brownie points for the "Extra Special" at the last fret. Nice touch!

Just noticed that the pickguard was likely covered with abalone vinyl- you can see a small indentation where the jack used to be, where the vinyl has sagged inward. Classy. Also, LOVE how he points out in the title that it's MIA, yet in the description, it's "Assembled in Florida". Good grief.
