For Fender Jazz Bass, which year of manufacture is better between 1900s and 2000s?

Are you looking for a MIM or a MIA Jazz, or a MIJ?

There were good basses and some bad ones in all those years. It depends on what you're looking for in a Jazz. You can't say that for instance, all the Jazzes made in 1994 sucked (some did, most didn't).
